So I got the butterfly clip in Astrid along with a couple other clips. Unfortunately, that butterfly clip broke while I went to put it in my hair. But since there was a warranty, I emailed and asked about getting a new one. They were quick to respond and sent me a new clip. About a month later I sent another email saying the replacement package never arrived, and they were fine with sending another package. I also got a free clip as well with that second box once it had arrived. I loved this company for their sustainability practices and aesthetic, and had been looking at getting one for a long time. I also loved that they showed people using and styling their clips in different ways on their instagram. My expectations were far exceeded having now actually ordered from them. I’ve since had no issues with any of the other clips and they are now my go-to hair accessory.

I have bought quite a few hair clips from here and they are absolutely beautiful and durable. I love the new designs they come out with and the quality is amazing.

There aren’t many clips I can do a French twist and still clip around it. The XL did the trick for me.

I got Cherry Wine and Pistachio. The pistachio I received had some issue with the spring and it was immediately replaced. Great customer service.

Unknown/unintentional (?) plus is that Pistachio actually glows in the dark!! I think it’s whatever coloring is in the acetate but I couldn’t believe my eyes when I woke up in the middle of the night and happened to spot my clip on my nightstand. Its a very faint glow but none the less glows and it’s very cool

The vanilla set I purchased is beautiful and the claw clips are great quality. I have rather thick hair and have been known to break claw clips before trying to get them around my hair. The material they use is more flexible than plastic claws so when I open the clips wider, they don’t break even when I push it. I also enjoy the different hairstyles they show on their instagram and TikTok. I love when a brand doesn’t just advertise the product itself, but also how to use it in a variety of ways. While the clips are on the more expensive side, I’d say if you wear claw clips on the daily like I do, they are well worth the investment. The styles and appearance of the clips are just the cherry on top, as they are quite beautiful. I especially love the clips I got that shift color in the light!

Grips a decent amount of hair for its fairly small size. As someone with long and heavy hair I can use just this one clip for all my hair with creative twisting. It holds well. If you have thinner or more fine hair it should be even easier. Note that for the multicolored clip, it may not look exactly as pictured
