I ordered two butterfly clips and I am more than satisfied with them, they are my everyday companion, just love them! 😊

Godess has one of the best communication teams from my experience. My package was delayed a few times due to my mistake of filling out the wrong address. The company was nothing but patient and understanding, reshipping my order - not once, not twice - but four times. I really appreciate their support and willingness to help work out the situation. Not to mention, the products were so cute and amazing quality. Before trying it on, I can tell from the craftsmanship that I would love the items. So I got the butterfly clip in Astrid along with a couple other clips. Unfortunately, that butterfly clip broke while I went to put it in my hair. But since there was a warranty, I emailed and asked about getting a new one. They were quick to respond and sent me a new clip. About a month later I sent another email saying the replacement package never arrived, and they were fine with sending another package. I also got a free clip as well with that second box once it had arrived. I loved this company for their sustainability practices and aesthetic, and had been looking at getting one for a long time. I also loved that they showed people using and styling their clips in different ways on their instagram. My expectations were far exceeded having now actually ordered from them. I’ve since had no issues with any of the other clips and they are now my go-to hair accessory.
