So I got the butterfly clip in Astrid along with a couple other clips. Unfortunately, that butterfly clip broke while I went to put it in my hair. But since there was a warranty, I emailed and asked about getting a new one. They were quick to respond and sent me a new clip. About a month later I sent another email saying the replacement package never arrived, and they were fine with sending another package. I also got a free clip as well with that second box once it had arrived. I loved this company for their sustainability practices and aesthetic, and had been looking at getting one for a long time. I also loved that they showed people using and styling their clips in different ways on their instagram. My expectations were far exceeded having now actually ordered from them. I’ve since had no issues with any of the other clips and they are now my go-to hair accessory.
