Where are you located?
We are a Canadian company, all of our orders are dispatched right from our warehouse in Toronto, Canada.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
Your order will typically ship within 2-3 business days after purchase date (processing times). Processing times may be delayed when we have a high volume of orders during restock and launch dates.
What is your returns policy?
We are happy to offer 30-day returns on all orders. To request a return, please contact us at email@example.com with your name and order number, and follow the instructions provided in our email.
Do you guys ship internationally? If so how much will it cost?
Yes, we ship internationally. All international orders (excluding US, Canada, UK and Australia) have a $8.50 flat-rate standard shipping option. Express shipping rate will vary for different regions-reflected at checkout.
Do your products come with a warranty?
All of our claw clips are handcrafted with care using quality materials. We are confident in the durability of our products and therefore include a 3-month warranty on all clips. Contact our team firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and order number.
What if my order is damaged?
All our products go through a 3-step quality check before being shipped out to our customers however, some things out of our control may happen on its way to you. Should you receive any defective or damaged goods, please contact us immediately at email@example.com so we can help you.
What if my order goes missing?
All of our packages have tracked shipping to ensure safe delivery, and all orders above $100 will have a signature request upon delivery. If your package doesn't safely find its way to you, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Will I need to pay international duties and taxes on my order?
All orders within the US and Canada will not incur any additional fees. For orders outside of North America, payment of duties and/or taxes are buyer responsibility; we unfortunately cannot control these fees.
