Still haven’t received my order yet. This is the second time I ordered from your company and the same thing happened to me last time. I love everything about your clips but the one star for delivery issues. I’ve already contacted you and was promised my order will get shipped out asap but nothing. I recently placed an order,I did receive it with much difficulty.
I ordered some hair clips, one item two pieces but unfortunately only received 1! So if you place an order check it carefully,but that the mistake will be corrected is still a big question?!I have sent some mails for this but unfortunately no reply!
They have beautiful pins but very expensive (with payment of import costs for Europe).
Too bad because at first glance it seemed a nice and honest website but I take these words back.Very disappointed and still waiting for a refund.

Finally a clip that holds all of my hair comfortably! My only issue was that the jaw part of the clip loosened after a few uses. Not a big deal, just not as tight of a grip anymore.
