It was beautiful hair clips but one of them were already broken before I use it. I hope customersservice handles it well
I got 5 of these beautiful hair clips. It took longer than I expected and customer service regarding status of order wasn't prompt. However the worst part was one of the hair clips was already broken and I need to contact to the customer service regardless they will fix the problem or not.
Carry-on Marble Comb
Finally a clip that holds all of my hair comfortably! My only issue was that the jaw part of the clip loosened after a few uses. Not a big deal, just not as tight of a grip anymore.
I ordered two butterfly clips and I am more than satisfied with them, they are my everyday companion, just love them! 😊
