I got the Clip N1 in both large and medium. While the colors are pretty, the large one unfortunately did not hold up all of my hair very well (slightly longer than shoulder length/medium thickness hair). It would intermittently come loose and I had to adjust it frequently. Also when it arrived it had a chip on it. I emailed Godess but have not heard back yet. I want love it more but unfortunately they are not as functional as I had hoped.
I have spent a lot of money on this website on different clips. The products are nice but there is absolutely NO customer service whatsoever. I was shorted by 4 clips. The only way to address your issue is via email. There is no phone number. And all I have gotten back is silence. No one emailed me back about my order. I am extremely frustrated because 4 clips is a lot of money to lose! So be aware when you buy from godess.
Between the pretty designs, and the durability of these clips I cannot recommend them enough to my friends and family. Not only are these clips beautiful and strong, but incredibly diverse for all hair types and lengths. Proud to own the entire Godess clip collection, and look forward to their next launch!!
